Beautiful little house in a natural setting, surrounded by forest. The house has a mezzanine room with a double bed and a beautiful view of the surrounding foliage. On the ground floor, a small room for a child. Living room with futon/bed and windows facing the forest. Fully equipped kitchen. Electricity, network water and hot water. Ideal capacity: three people (one couple and someone else). It is possible to accommodate a fourth comfortable person. The fourth guest is charged separately. The space The HOUSE is made of mud, stone, wood and living ceiling, so it is very efficient thermally. It stays cool in the summer and keeps the heat warm in the winter. Its wild surroundings and warm look make it a very pleasant place. The LAND IS 1000 m2. The house is located in a wild setting with eucalyptus, palm trees and native trees. As in the neighboring grounds there are no buildings, EVERYTHING YOU see FROM ANY PART OF THE LAND IS FOREST, and the perception of the space is much more than a thousand meters. The LOCATION is eight blocks from the beach, in a wooded neighborhood. Also eight blocks away is the creek, ideal for swimming and fishing. It has an alarm for extra peace of mind. Other things to note The house does not have online WI-FI. We provide optional WI-FI through advance data refill. Electricity consumption is charged separately. This ranges from $1 to $3 a day, depending on usage.
