The Sugar Cane Mews is the most recent development of houses within the beautiful Royal Westmoreland Estate. It allows you easy access to the clubhouse and is next to the first tee and short game practice area. The Sanctuary pool, gym, tennis court and Rum Shak bar are also just a short stroll away. The space This location has unobstructed sea views with a desirable south-facing aspect. It also has views over the championship golf course really making this the location to be in. Sugar Cane Mews 1 is in the ideal spot! On the ground floor, there is a master suite with a luxury en-suite bathroom. There is also a large sitting area which opens up to the garden. Here you will find the pool and terrace area. These are accessed via floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Two additional guest rooms each with their own en-suite bathroom are also on this level. A fourth en-suite master guest bedroom of equally generous proportions is provided on the mezzanine floor. On the first floor, large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors opens up the elegantly modern living and dining areas. These lead to a covered, south-facing terrace overlooking the private pool. From here the unrivaled fairway and sea views can be enjoyed to their fullest. Other things to note Please note that effective May 1st, 2020, Royal Westmoreland will be implementing their Daily Resort Fee for use of the resort amenities. The cost per guest card will be US$10 per day. Children under the age of 16 will not require a guest card. This will be payable directly to Royal Westmoreland upon arrival and houseguests are asked to carry their cards at all times so they can be produced upon request when using the facilities. This is not included in the nightly rate of our villa.
