'Villa Dos Vistas' is located in the beautiful luxury gated project ‘MarAmar’ in Santa Teresa. The Villa has spectacular views ( watch the surfers while having breakfast) and is build with respect for nature. The location is very central, close to the beach restaurants and shops. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, an extra toilet, kitchen, AC and Wifi, private parking, 2 terraces and a beautiful shared pool area. The space Do you want a relaxed holiday in a high class and unique house? And you like to watch the surfers from your balcony, or see monkeys in the trees in front of the house, then 'Villa Dos Vistas' is the perfect place for you! You will feel safe and relaxed! The house is brand new. The mix of natural concrete and wood make you feel even closer to nature! There are lots of beautiful trees, birds, butterflies, monkeys, iguanas and much more to explore from the house. There's a housemanager, a cleaning service, 24 hour security, etc.. The gate of the property is at the main street. From there you drive up the new private road that leads to the house. Transport is a must, unless you like a good work out, you can walk as well :-)) The house has 3 bedrooms, and 2,5 bathrooms. Our passion for art and surf is visible in every part of the house. All furniture is custom designed and made by local professionals. The shared pool area is absolutely beautiful with lots of tropical flowers, mango trees, relaxing chairs, etc. If you like to walk into town, you can leave your car on the parking lot down, near the guard house. From there, it's a 2 minute walk to the beach and lots of amazing restaurants are very close as well. Our house is for everyone who likes the combination of quality and nature. Guest access All parts are accessible, except for the bodega with the washer and the dryer. This is only for staff. The cleaning lady will take care of sheets and towels. If you like your personal laundry to be done, we can recommend you a professional cleaning service in town that does pick-up and delivery of your laundry at a cost. Other things to note The floors and walls are made from sensitive materials. Sunscreen, baygon spray and other aggressive products will damage the floor, please don’t use them inside! There are special soft mats to cover and protect the floor. We kindly ask you to use them if you plan to use any plastic or rubber materials ( toys, work out gear, etc). Please don’t move the furniture. Surfboards and wax need to be kept in the board rack outside. The house is part an eco project and is build with maximum respect for nature. There are certain rules to follow to keep the place nice and peaceful. (No parties, respect for nature, staff and neighbors. ) To keep our reputation of 'safest place in Santa Teresa' the guard can only let people on the property who's names are on the guard list. If you have visitors, a taxi, or food delivery coming, please let us know so we can inform the guard. We have very few bugs in the house, but we cannot guarantee that the house will be 100% bug free. Depending on the season, you might find some ants, beautiful beetles, and other flying bugs. Bugs are usually harmless, so, nothing to worry about. they were here before us and will always be a small part of the house or garden. Another important fact to know, is that even though we have the best wifi available and a back up battery on the modem that can provide wifi during a power cut, there is always a small chance that you might be without wifi or electricity for a short while. Please understand that this is completely out of our control. However, due to amazing improvements of our wifi and electricity providers, those power and wifi cuts are happening less and less. We have many guests working remote, and there was never any complaint. This house sits on top of a steep hill. The road is paved and in perfect condition. However, a 4x4 vehicle or atv is recommended. This country is all about Pura Vida. Please relax! Good vibes only!
