The space This is the place to relax, soak, cook, dine, and enjoy all that Girdwood has to offer. You could spend hours sitting around the dining room table with your family and friends. Windows galore, gas fire pit and a wooded back drop! Did we mention we are one of the few homes in Girdwood with a fully covered back deck to enjoy the outdoors in all types of weather?! Large Arctic entry with plenty of room for your things! Flex space down stairs with a futon and high end laundry center. Once upstairs you will be wowed! Vaulted ceilings, soaring windows, abundance of light. Feel like you are living amongst the trees. We have a gas Weber grill right off the dining room and a gas fire pit that is protected from Girdwood seasons. Get your grill on! The King bedroom has its own en-suite and walk in closet. The main living area (upstairs, reverse style home with half bath) is on the 2nd floor. On the main level of the home is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a small flex space by the bedrooms and a futon sleeper sofa. Soak in the hot tub after a long day of hiking, skiing or bike riding on the paved bike path located across the street. This home is 2 levels. Our location is prime to the amazing park and skate park for kids. We are a 6 minute walk to downtown Girdwood: restaurants, bars, and our local Merchantile. Have the shuttle ($1 tip per person) pick you up at the driveway and take you all over town! PLEASE NOTE: There is a potential of the efficiency next door being occupied on the property-on the other side of the home. There is two separate parking areas & entrances in the home. The hot tub is set up for privacy and your side of the home. ***HOUSE RULES / AGREEMENT MADE UPON BOOKING*** Absolutely No parties. Zero party policy. We live close by and consider this home to be a place to relax & enjoy the wonders of Girdwood. If you plan to party, please book another home that allows for this. Zero tolerance for partying. Strict outdoor quiet hours: 9pm-9am. We live in a community of year round residents. Please treat our neighbors like you would treat your own. Please remove shoes and treat the home with respect. The number of guests you have booked is the number of guests who are allotted to stay in the home or use the hot tub. No more than 3 cars total on the property. There is NO smoking allowed on the property, inside the property or around the doors or porches. This includes vaping and any legal or illegal drugs. -*We have security cameras on the front portion of the home exterior. Guest access You will have your own area to park and private entrance on the south side of the home. Key code will be given morning of check in.
