There is also a chance the owners will be in their private apartment (also by the gate entrance) but you would not even know they are there! ☆☆ Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire six-bedroom, six-bathroom oceanfront home, including the private pool and direct beach access to one of the only sandy beaches in Surf City, La Libertad. The property has three buildings: The home you’re booking is completely private to guests. A separate building is usually unoccupied but may occasionally be used by the homeowner. A third building houses the on-site caretaker which handles the maintenance of the pool and grounds throughout your stay. While the caretaker is available if needed, they will respect your privacy, ensuring you can fully enjoy your beachfront retreat. Other things to note Surf House San Blas is on a large beachfront property, quiet time starts at 10PM. While we are not inside of the gated communities of San Blas, we ask our guests to respect the neighbors all the same. The gate that leads to the beach will be locked for after 10PM, while exceptions can be made for special events/holidays, we ask that you respect this policy that we have set with your security in mind. This home is for up to 16 people. However, your booking is for the # of people you have requested or confirmed through Airbnb. Additional guests will be charged at the rate of $25 per person, per night. The maximum amount of people on property at one time are 24, visitors included. If you have a special event planned, we would be happy to discuss with you - there may very well be a refundable security deposit for your event and possibly a fee per person depending on the event.
