Enjoy a farm basket breakfast each morning, a campfire with s'mores each night, and a fridge stocked with local brews. Enjoy a view of the farm from your own umbrella-covered deck, perched above a sedge meadow, and a bedroom under the stars, quiet and peaceful. The space This little camper is a remodeled 1962 Canned Ham travel trailer. In a shady spot next to a restored sedge prairie, our Cozy Camper is parked a ways behind our farmhouse, but you'll be able to share in the life of the homestead - cats, dogs, ducks, sheep, hogs, steers, goats, and wild critters. Enjoy the view from your own private deck, swing in your hammock, climb a tree, use the lawn games, borrow books/magazines, walk into town, picnic at the tables scattered around the farm, tour the many historic villages in the region. Bring bikes, fishing gear, ATVs, or kayaks - or rent them all when you get here. No toilet or water in the camper- you'll use the house bathroom and we'll provide a farm basket breakfast with coffee and tea. Guest access The Cozy Camper is yours alone, and you have a private deck with vintage chairs and a shade umbrella. You can eat your farm basket breakfast at the tiny kitchenette, or find a picnic table on the farm with a view of the animals or prairie. Use the romantic cedar outdoor shower, or the tub and double shower in the house. Borrow the vintage Schwinns to pedal into town. Reserve the Barn Dry Sauna for an hour at night. Communal lawn games and evening campfire with s'mores. Other things to note No air conditioning in the Cozy Camper, but the nights are cool here. There is an electric heater and electric fans. We'll have local brews and water in your fridge, and provide a farm basket breakfast with coffee/tea, but you'll have to enjoy lunch and dinner in the towns nearby. You'll have lots of great choices!
