One of Tryon's historic homes built in the early 1900's by a local builder and craftsman. Within pleasant walking distance to Tryon's downtown restaurants, coffee shops, gift stores, and festivals. Walk to Tryon Fine Arts Center, The Bottle, and Tryon Theatre. Enjoy a relaxing time on the porch or use as a base for exploring Western North Carolina. Close to downtown but on a quiet street and overlooks a two-acre mostly wooded tract. The space Guess have the entire house available including 3BR and 2BA, front porch with Adirondack chairs and back screened in porch over looking 2 -acre glen with views of Skyuka Mountains (when the leaves are down). Original oak floors downstairs and heart pine floors upstairs. A comfortable place to cocoon or as a base to all the cool places in the foothills. We're a short walk to historic downtown Tryon with its Fine Arts Center, Tryon Theatre, The Bottle, Harper's restaurant and many more shops and restaurants. There is a driveway and a side parking pad. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES WE HAVE A NON SMOKING POLICY We have WIFI and the TV has a firestick which carries UTUBE TV, Netflix and HBOMax among its apps. UTUBE TV offers most major sports, news and other channels. The fireplace is a NON working fireplace. Guest access Guests can access the entire house. A fourth bedroom is reserved for storage and the owner's belongings Other things to note Entrance to our driveway is off a shared drive and there is room for two cars to park there and a additional parking off the shared driveway. There are a few short steps to the rear entrance. A lockbox is available for keys.
