PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE RENTING! This beautiful house is located in La Floresta, a safe and quiet neighborhood within Ajijic, one of the most beautiful towns in Mexico. The house has been recently renovated, and it is refurbished with all modern materials for your comfort. You will enjoy our 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house with its big garden, two terraces, and a pool. To complement your stay the house also counts with a fully equipped kitchen, private parking, high-speed wifi, and smart tv. The space NO PARTIES ALLOWED– the property is in a private neighborhood with security around the clock; parties with more than 8 people and noise past 10 PM are not allowed in La Floresta. NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 ALLOWED – unfortunately, our pool does not have any safeguards in place for the security of a child. *Although the pool has a solar heater, the water only stays at room temperature/lukewarm. I think the pictures talk for themselves, but the owner carefully collected art from many artists from around the world; every detail is carefully designed - and trust me, you will have some pretty amazing instaphotos if you want, but please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel, please treat the space and the neighbors with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7 Other things to note Due to the size of the garden and the pool, the property gardener works 6 days a week from 7 to 9 AM inside the property but outside the house.
