Master bedroom has an ensuite bath with large walk in shower. Second bedroom has a bathroom just out its door with a bath/shower combo and an original 1940's sink. Sunporch has twin bunk beds, memory foam and luxury linens, even adults will love them. The room is just off the kitchen, has its own door and can be closed off to the rest of the house. Beautiful working fireplace. Great for romantic getaways, trips with friends, family getaway, wine excursions and dropping kids off at camp. Large front yard with mature pecan trees (help yourself to their bounty). Pink porch swing adorns the front porch. Backyard has a large patio and beautiful outdoor furnishings for entertaining. Lawn service come on Tuesdays between 8 am and 12 pm. Take note when booking. If weather has been bad they may have to come on Wednesday. We have always had extremely high standards for cleaning and sanitation. After cleaning we sanitize every surface.
