As a newer build (2020), this home has a wonderful polish both inside and out. After a day at the beach, toss your swimsuits in the washer/dryer, unwind in central air conditioning, and leave your kids to play in the fenced backyard. The evenings are for cooking together in a well-equipped kitchen (with stainless steel appliances), playing board games with a movie streaming in the background, and stargazing in the warmth of the propane firepit out back.
