Log home overlooking Cove. Waterfront hiking trails within SHORT walking distance from the house. Completely private, no other houses in view. Pool table/dart board, gas fire pit on the deck, BBQ, wood firepit in yard, stone wood burning fireplace in great room, overhang balcony with a keyboard. Fully stocked kitchen. Morrison Cove, fills entirely at high tide and empties out at low ( see pictures). Close proximity to town, about 12 minutes The space There are 2 floors however only the first floor is available to guests, 2nd floor is locked. 2 bedrooms available to guests, 1 with king bed, 1 with a queen and single. The living room has a pullout couch ( queen size ). 1 bathroom available to guests, the shower/tub and toilet has a door which separates it from the his and hers sinks. The garage is giant and has been converted into a game room however still allows for 1 car to be parked inside. We ask that the garage parking is only used when necessary, we would like to keep the pool table and all the other accommodations in the garage as clean as possible. The deck overlooks the water, has a picnic table, grill, propane firepit, lobster pot outdoor burner, Edison bulb lights and plenty of chairs. Propane - We fill 3 tanks of propane before we leave in the spring for guests to use for grill, firepit and lobster pot outdoor burner. Unfortunately, we cannot ask cleaners to refill these tanks so if you arrive and there is no propane you will need to refill at the local gas station. We stock the house with just about every possible kitchen item you could need including oils, spices, blender, tons of cooking essentials ( we live there about half the year and I love to cook , I don't pack away any of our kitchen items when we leave, I leave them for guests and replace when I return, however I can't guarantee certain things won't be used up by other guests prior to arrival).
