All linens are supplied and Golf cart. Must be 25 to rent. No pets. Tenant is responsible for parking fees at front gate per vehicle. Sat-Sat rental Peak only. Other things to note Check in information You must stop at the front entrance and identify yourself with valid ID. Ocean Lakes charges you $15/day/car early check in and $18/day/car late check in. We Only rent Saturday to Saturday during Peak season. (May-First week of Sept). Off Peak we require 3 night Minimum. Must be a minimum age of 25 to rent. You must be over 21 and have a valid drive license to be able to have access to our golf cart.
