Welcome to our Hudson Valley home!! A beautiful historic Victorian close to the waterfront and Uptown Kingston; surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars, shops and everything Kingston has to offer. Walking, biking and of course driving distance to all Catskills charmers. The home is over 100 years old and has maintained the majority of is original detailing! Preference is also given to cat enthusiasts as our house cat Meryl loves people and hangs back in the home when we travel. The space The space is beautiful! It’s a three room Victorian - currently set up as a main bedroom with a king bed, guest room with a queen bed and crib and perfect work from home office in the third room. The office has a futon couch as well that is too small for an adult but perfect for a child. It has four floors that are being lovingly restored, a large backyard, a peaceful front porch and is just an overall charming place to spend time. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house as we will be away. One bedroom and attic will be off-limits as they have yet to be renovated. We have an unfinished basement that we will have available because the washer and dryer are located there, but as it is unfinished, we ask you take some precaution hanging out in that space :) Other things to note We are a shoeless house as we love a bright clean space with happy rugs :) As this is a historic home, and furnished with our antiques and prized possessions, on a quiet residential block - it is not a party home but more of an enjoy the Hudson Valley by a fire with a glass of wine kinda home :)
