Nice in-law unit in the beautiful Sunset district San Francisco. Close to UCSF Medical campus, SFSU, public transportation to downtown, and less than 2 miles to Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach. It is on a very quiet and safe street next to Taraval where you can find shops, restaurants, and public transportations. Spacious living area of 600+ sq ft includes two bedrooms, full bathroom, a living room, a limited kitchenette w/o range. Please check out my guest book for local shops and food scenes. The space The entire in-law unit on the first floor with a separate entryway of its own. Shared backyard with patio furniture. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker. There are no range nor any cookware. It is not suitable if you plan to cook regular meals during your stay. Guest access In law unit and backyard. Other things to note The maximum number of guests allowed is 3. Please communicate first before booking if your party size exceed 3. There is $75 fee for each additional guest exceed 3 if permitted by the host. The host live upstairs of the in-law unit with her partner. You will hear general movement during the day as if you are living in a condo in any large cities. They are quiet and respectful people with a regular routine schedule. There is a house rule of quiet hours between 10pm-6am everyday. During the quiet hours, please do not run laundry, have visitors or play loud music.
