Pool temperature modification is $125 extra for each week or portion of each week thereof and must be requested (typically) at least 3 days in advance. It is recommended if you plan on using the pool in the cooler months or in the prime heat of summer to maximize enjoyment. *While the property is child friendly the property is not necessarily child or baby proofed. Parents are expected to provide any child/baby proofing desired. Parental supervision is required. *Parking for 4 Large Vehicles or 5-6 Small Vehicles-Grass and Street Parking Not Permitted *While the property is pet friendly there are some guidelines for pets: 1. Maximum of 2 pets 60lbs and under only, no aggressive breeds allowed 2. Pets must be fully house trained (incontinence, behavioral) and crated when left alone, you provide the crate 3. Pets must be treated for fleas within two weeks of stay and be vaccinated for Rabies 4. Pet Fee of $20 per pet, per day is non-refundable and is NOT an 'extra cleaning fee'. You remove all pet hair, waste before departing. 5. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, bring a bed or blanket for them to sit and sleep on 6. WHEN YOU SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT YOU ALSO AGREE TO SEPARATE PET AGREEMENT ** *FOR STAYS 29 DAYS OR LONGER: We require cleanings every 2 weeks during longer stays. The cleaning fee is much less than the departure cleaning fee at $195, however, you will be responsible for this fee for each clean during your stay. You must authorize this as a separate charge. You must also be flexible to allow our staff entry into the home for approximately 1-2 hours to perform regular cleaning tasks each time. We will coordinate the schedule directly with you. Please also note that this price does not include linen service but that service is available for an additional cost.
