Your group will be talking about this one for years to come. Guest access The guest has full access to the entire property and all of its amenities. We will send a code the day of check in for you to access the property for the duration of your stay. We also have a local manager who will be available should you need any assistance during your visit. Other things to note In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the villa is equipped with two exterior security cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the front exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside. **Guests use ALL amenities at their own risk** Standard AC is only meant to cool the interior to temps that are 25 degrees less than the exterior temps. Please keep this in mind if you are booking in the summer months during extreme heat. Refunds will not be given if these temps are met with the AC running. Pets: We allow a maximum of 2 pets in the property (cats and dogs only). The pet fee is $100 per pet. A flat fee of $500 will be charged for damages caused by pets & additional cleaning fees may be applied subject to the extent of damage caused. Pets are NOT allowed inside the pool & spa. Pool & Spa: Pool heating will incur an additional charge of $100 per night (all nights must be included) (24 hr notice needed). We will turn heat on to 87 degrees. Guests must inform the host at what specific time you want the pool heated. Heating of the pool and spa are separate and cannot be heated at the same time. While pool heating is charged, spa heating is complementary for the duration of your stay & wont incur an additional charge. Pets are NOT allowed inside the pool & spa. Maximum Occupancy/Parking: The legal overnight maximum limit for this property is 10 guests. Including children and infants. The beds comfortably sleep 6 but we have 2 air mattresses and a couch if you want to squeeze. You are allowed up to 3 cars in the premises; 2 cars in the driveway outside the garage and 1 car directly in front of the villa. Parking inside the garage is not allowed. Parking in front of neighboring homes and/or non-designated areas will run the risk of neighbors reporting us to the city of Indio & fines will be applied. Daytime visitors: Our property allows a maximum of 10 guests total on site during the day, including booked guests and any daytime visitors. So if you are staying with 6 people overnight, you are allowed up to 4 additional daytime visitors. If you are booked with 4 guests, you are only allowed up to 6 daytime visitors.
