The space This is a 1 bedroom apartment recently remodeled, We are on the sand, beautiful pool and beach on the property. The space Please note our balcony is facing the front of the building not the ocean side. Laundry facilities located in each floor for your convenience. Perfect to accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults max) , plenty of room in closet for luggage and more. The condo has all you need to spend a great vacation. Need more? Sure, we even provide you with beach towels, Beach Chair, umbrella and a cooler. The building has a large pool from where you can have direct access to the quiet beaches ( you don't even have to cross the street to lay down on the sand!). You can also enjoy the gym and walk around the gardens. Others thing to know: IMPORTANT: Prior to arrival, guests must provide the full names of all guests in order to get access to resort amenities. Resort Fee A ONE TIME USD 30 due at check-in payable to receiving office for every 2 guests older than 14 years old. (PLEASE NOTE THIS FEE IS FOR YOUR WHOLE STAY NOT PER NIGHT) Parking One week $100 Two weeks $125,00 3 Weeks $150.00 4 Weeks $175.00 Tag (refundable): $20 for each car transponder to open the parking gates 24/7 building security will allow guests to check in at anytime. That said, guest arriving after 5PM will be required to pick up their FOBs the following morning. Other things to note Your host provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, body wash, shampoo , conditioner, etc.. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies but there are multiple grocery stores nearby. We do not subscribe to any cable TV service, but have smart tv that you can access your subscriptions. No smoking of any kind inside. $300 fee charged for smoking inside.
