There is space inside the house to safely store bicycles. Plenty of free parking is available. It's located minutes away to Badger games, campus and downtown. Nearby Monroe Street has plenty of shopping and restaurants. The UW Arboretum and Lake Wingra are located nearby. There are 3 nearby golf courses. There is WIFI. The space The location is great for accessing all things Madison has to offer. I designed and built the bedroom/ bath space that is available. It's a very comfortable and very functional space. I had previously lived in California and this home reminds me much of a bungalow that you might find there. Great feel to it. I love having the Southwest Commuter Trail behind the home. It's an amazing conduit of moving life. Guest access Enjoy lounging on the back deck which faces the Southwest Commuter Trail. During your stay I know you're here to enjoy Madison and all that it has to offer, so interactions will be fairly minimal. Other things to note Bathroom has heated floor!
