It has been modernized to enjoy the comforts of today while still maintaining that beautiful cottage feeling. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and ample storage w/ shelving and hanging rods in the closet. The secondary bedroom has a bunk bed w/ 2 full-size mattresses. There is also a twin-sized trundle underneath. The living room sofa does pull out into a queen-sized mattress as well. The kitchen is equipped with full size fridge, gas oven/range, dishwasher, Ninja coffee maker, microwave, slow-cooker, mixing bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets, toaster, tableware, plenty of cooking utensils, wine bottle opener, salt pepper and cooking spray. The bathroom has plenty of fluffy white towels, and make-up removing cloths. We stock the bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand-soap, and toilet paper. The outdoor space has a large picnic table, Adirondack chairs surround the fire pit. Propane grill for outdoor cooking. The fireplace has an electric insert with various lighting options and adjustable heat controls via remote. There are basic cleaning supplies including laundry soap and dishwasher tabs to make your stay more comfortable. Brand new Furnace and Air Conditioner in 2024. Guest access Guests will be given a personalized access code to the keyless front door lock on the morning of check-in and will be valid for the duration of the booking. Guests will have full use of the property minus a small supply closet and utility room. Other things to note The Smart TV has many streaming apps. Guests are welcome to sign into their accounts for the duration of the stay.
