The space The house has two floors, on the ground floor is the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with its bathroom, plus an additional bathroom for visitors, in front we have a spectacular balcony overlooking the mountain On the second floor there are two rooms with a full bathroom that share both rooms, it also has a small internal balcony that overlooks the open area of the living room. The house has: The laundry room is in the secluded backyard of the house, this one has a washing machine and dryer. Guest access The house has a common garden with two additional houses, which are from our family, the entrance is through an electric gate, with remote control. Other things to note Very important to respect the neighbors and respect the quiet hours 10pm to 7am The house has in front of the garage a small apartment where my son lives. That apartment has no connection with the main house On the other hand the washing room is shared with the apartment, but the priority is the guests of the main house.
