The VRBO suite requires no stairs and is accessible via a paved path from the gravel driveway. There is parking space for two vehicles. No pets and no smoking inside or outside. The suite features hardwood floors, an open concept kitchen, dining and living room, and a wood burning fireplace. It also has an energy efficient electric heat pump which can also act as an airconditioner on warmer days. Hydro and wifi are included in the monthly rent, but firewood is not. The house is south-facing and enjoys sun streaming in the windows all day. There is a large deck and two sets of glass sliding doors that allow easy access to enjoy the deck and patio furniture.
