The property gate code is provided at check in for entry. This studio is located on the first floor so no stairs to climb. Other things to note Parking: There is a 1-car maximum for the limited gated parking lot. Any additional cars are welcome to use the complimentary rear parking or the street parking. All parking is first-come, first-serve. Note: The parking lot entrance/exit is very narrow for some cars. Please note, we have recently made improvements by adding sound insulation on the ceiling and walls as per feedback received from our guests. Also, we provide ear plugs and white noise machine in each loft to maximize guests' comfort and experience. We are a small minority owned business.
