Wildlife frequently visit the property~ deer, turkey, bear, cougar, mountain lion, moose and more. Park like lawn relax in a unique rural Idaho setting, away from it all but only a 3 minute drive to the quaint town of Harrison. Small Pets under 25 pounds. Please mention pet when booking. The space One bedroom, large walk in shower, tastefully decorated, with a mix of North Idaho wilderness with a tropical twist! Perfect couples retreat, or for those that like to be off the beaten path. Fishmen welcome, boat parking available. Absolutely NO FISH cleaning in apartment. There is about 1 mile of gravel road off highway to get to apartment. Only 2 miles to the quaint town of Harrison. One night stays are Welcome! 700 sq. ft. full walk out basement apartment located in lower section of home. Upper level home has private entrance in the front - Lower level apartment has private entrance in the back. *NOTE: Apartment has 7 ft ceilings which are fine for most people. KITCHEN: * Full size fridge/freezer * 2 induction countertop cooktop burners (I love these BTW) * Microwave (Standard 1 cubic foot) * Combo Air fryer, convection oven. (can fit 9x13 pans) * Cookware, utensils. Blender, coffee pot, wine corker and misc. other kitchen utensils. * starter condiments, salt pepper, some spices, cooking oils and other misc. condiments. * 2 bar stools (backless) MAIN AREA: * Full size couch both ends recline down and center counsel can be dropped down where there are charging ports and cup holders. * 65" LCD TV - with Firestick TV, Amazon Prime movies, Netflix. - No actual TV reception only live streaming. * Murphy Chest Bed (Queen size for extra guests over 2) * Beautiful fireplace with blower to create the perfect evening and for those cooler times. BEDROOM: * Queen size bed with Perfect sleeper pillow top mattress * Chest dresser plenty space for clothing * Nice large walk in Closet * 42" Smart LCD TV. * Additional sleeping for up to 2 more guests (4 guests max) . Murphy Chest bed in living room. BATHROOM: * Water room (Toilet area) * Separate Shower room which consists of a large walk in shower, large vanity, mirror. * Bath and beach towels, extra sheets, blow dryer, toilet tissue, misc. cleaning supplies. Cell Service: Verizon very spotty 1-2 bars. I think most of this area is Verizon. In summers it stays nice and comfortable cool down their and warm in the winters. No need for A/C. There are (2) space heaters for use for those chillier mornings/evenings. * I do not alter photos by using wide angle lenses or filters.. what you see is what you get. :) Guest access A private parking area will be specific for Guests use. Separate and private entrance to apartment, access to upper level Tiki/Bar deck area for use of the BBQ, sun tanning, enjoying what life has to offer. Use of Laundry facilities for stays 5 days or longer. (which is seperate from both living areas). Other things to note While this vacation rental is new on the market. I am not new to the vacation rental industry. For over 10 years I owned and managed 2 vacation rental homes on the island of Hawaii. Due to medical reasons it was necessary to return back to our Cabin in Idaho. Thus Canyon Creek Retreat was created with a North Idaho cross Tropical flair. During our time on the island we offered an upscale Hawaiian experience in beautiful homes at an affordable price point for all types of travelers. My moto has always been - Just because some travelers may have a lower budget then others set aside for their vacation, does not mean that they should not receive a quality experience.
