Casa Lucia sits on a sleepy beach just minutes outside of San José del Cabo. There's room for 16 guests to enjoy their own pool, jacuzzi, and beachfront access. The space Casa Lucia is one of just a few luxury vacation homes located in the area known locally as "El Encanto". The location is ideal...just ten minutes out of town so you avoid the crowded beaches and tourists, yet close enough to San Jose del Cabo to enjoy dining at Flora Farms, Acre, and just a few minutes further and you are back in town for the Thursday Art Walk or tacos at La Lupita! The views from the balconies and outdoor area of Casa Lucia cannot be beat! Whale sightings and playful, splashing manta rays are just a sampling of the sea life you will spot while looking out across the crystal blue waves of the Sea of Cortez. Enjoy a catered meal inside or out, with an indoor and outdoor kitchen available for preparation at the main house. The spacious Master Suite includes a seating area and large desk, as well as a luxurious en suite featuring a jetted tub and bidet. Get away for a bit and enjoy a movie on your own television or relax on the balcony of the master suite and watch the sunset. This room sits privately on one side of the home, accessible via stairs or a pneumatic elevator, for those that need some assistance. The other beachfront bedroom features a king bed and "Jack and Jill" bathroom, along with a desk if you need to get some work done or fancy taking some creative time, like writing or painting. There are three more bedrooms, all with king beds and desks, as well as an additional full bathroom. After you enter the front gates, behind the main home, you will find two casitas (one down and one up) attached to the garage. Both have a king size bed and television. The lower casita is a studio style space and has a small kitchen and laundry (available upon request), and the upper casita is a one bedroom suite with a living/dining area, ample kitchen, bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in closet, and a queen size sleeper sofa. Of course, the best spot on the property is the pool and beachfront area! There are plenty of loungers to sun in, an outdoor kitchen with generous seating for a poolside lunch, a hot tub for sipping a margarita and watching the sun set, and a gas fireplace with built in seating for listening to the waves splash on the star-filled, warm evenings. You are just steps away from the beach, which can be accessed via the secured beachfront door and staircase. Catering services are available upon request, as well as beachfront dining at Vera-Neo, a fantastic restaurant and bar, just two minutes down the street from Casa Lucia. A few other things to note are the full house filtration system, Crestron audio system, and membership at the neighborhood gym (2 minute walk from Casa Lucia). Guest access The entire home is included with the rental. You will not share the space with anyone. We hold a membership to a gym which is just a 3 minute walk down the road.
