CASA LOBO is a spacious house within a private complex of 80 ha, overlooking the Sea and Forest, ten minutes drive from the La Pedrera Spa. The place where the house is implanted has a particular characteristic: it is crossed by an autochthonous mountain of very old trees and shrubs, about 200 years old, which make up an ecosystem where a great variety of bird species and vegetation coexist. The space One of the architectural premises was not to touch the trees, but that they were part of the house. The construction is 2 stereometric pieces one of concrete and another of wood whose external envelope operates as a perforated piece where it is preyed on by a vegetation that begins to invade it to absorb it inside the mountain, it is let through by a diaphanous light that filters the trees, the sound of the birds and the air of the sea. There is no idea of a garden outside the house but that of a space inside the mountain. Without euphemism, you could say the house “ doesn't see it”. This modern Architect's home secures cool days amid the overwhelming heat of Summer, with cozy, relaxing interiors in front of the fire from the wood-burning stoves for Winter. It's 150 mts2 on one floor. A Module divided into kitchen, living room dining room, 2 bedrooms one bathroom, outdoor beach shower and large viewpoint terrace, the other suite with kitchenette and private bathroom, the union of them is a social patio with grill. It is a house with views, because it was designed to be inserted in the environment and share with it also the interior of the house, which opens outwards in gigantic windows. The idea is to spend time there with family or friends, which is why social spaces take away much of the footage and all the prominence.
