This is our family’s second Airbnb renovation project, and we hope you will give us a try! We learned much in our own travels and have applied the lessons! You’ll be close to everything when you stay with us. Close to downtown Greenville, Furman, Swamp Rabbit Trail, & Travelers Rest. Paris Mtn State Park is just down the road. This completely furnished, recently renovated, 2-bd, 1 bath home has a fully stocked kitchen, dedicated workspace and more. Non-smoking and pet-free. Private. Immaculate. The space Our goal is for each guest to feel like they're the first to stay, so when we say "fully stocked", we mean that we provide little things to make your time with us more comfortable and we strive to keep all things in 'like new' condition. Here are some of the extras we provide... In the Kitchen: *3 ways to make coffee (and coffee, sugar, & creamer for each)- a full size pot, a Keurig, and a French press *For your leftovers during your stay- plastic storage containers, saran wrap, foil, and ziplock bags *Fully stocked spice rack, including cooking spray *Cutting boards (3 sizes), electric hand mixer, 2 slice toaster * Small crockpot suitable for a meal for 4 In the Bathroom: *Pantene Shampoo and Conditioner- full size *Olay body wash- also full size *Blow dryer *Gray wash cloths for makeup removal *Misc- toothpaste, floss, toothbrushes (in case you've forgotten to pack yours!), & cotton swabs. In the Bedrooms: *Usb ports and outlets on each side of each bed *Sound machine *Blackout curtains and blinds *Luggage racks, hangers, and clothes hamper in each closet *Bedbug encasement and mattress pad on each mattress In the Laundry: *Detergent *Fabric softener beads and dryer sheets *Shout spot remover and Oxiclean *Small tabletop ironing board and iron In the Living Room: *Plenty of throw blankets and pillows, so you can be comfy-cozy while watching the 55" Smart TV (feel free to sign in to your favorite apps, but pls sign out before you leave!) with Apple TV provided. Instructions available upon request. *A few games in the drawers of the coffee table, and even a small notebook and pens on the desk for keeping score 😊 We also have another listing approximately 7 minutes from CCC that is a 2bd/2bath, so if you need additional space, send us a message and we'll be happy to send you the link to check rates and availability. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property interior and exterior, with plenty of parking in the drive-around driveway. There is one security camera, exterior to the home on the side porch. That’s the only one, and it’s there for your protection as well as ours. Other things to note **Please note that while we do allow for early check-ins, the timing is dependent on other guests departing the same day. If we are able to accommodate your desired time, we charge a $50 fee for anything earlier than one hour prior to our established 4pm check-in time. *Also- we have one security camera at the house. It is outside on the side porch, where you’ll enter. We don’t monitor our guests coming and going. It’s just there for everyone’s protection.
