Relax in your private hot tub, warm by your own fire pit. After dinner at one of the top restaurants in Milford or Matamoras come back to the cottage to cozy up and watch a movie. The space April & Pete manage this property and also live on site. The property is about 2 acres. We live in the main house out front, and the cottage is private and in the back. The pool is in the middle of the two homes. The pool is for the use of our guests and also for our use although we are pretty busy, and guests will have quiet time and use of the pool. There is also a private hot tub that is for guest use only. Guest access ..Guests have full access to our property and amenities including pool, private hot tub, fire pit, propane BBQ grill. The cottage is private, and we live in the main house out front.
