The space TERMS OF USE: ANADIA JIMENEZ S.A. makes available to you, for your use and enjoyment, at the time of hiring a stay, at our MOUNTAIN HOUSE IN ZARCERO, as described below: Fully equipped FOUR-STORY HOME for up to ten Ground floor or basement: large jacuzzi and a steam room (see conditions of use of the jacuzzi at the end), a TV room with a screen connected to the internet, half bathroom, and a back gardens. Main floor: kitchen area, dining room and main living room with wood-burning fireplace TV screen connected to the internet. Intermediate floor: Laundry with washer and dryer, garage for two cars with electric gates, half bathroom. Upstairs: Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms one library and game room, two TV screens, one in the library connected to the main bedroom. BBQ EQUIPMENT: The BBQ area has a modern gas grill, small refrigerator, kitchen furniture and utensils needed to share a good barbecue overlooking the back garden of the house and beautiful views of the mountains. Table with 6 chairs. KITCHEN: It is equipped with a vertical two-door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, conventional oven, built-in gas template on a kitchen island, with four breakfast chairs, two-sheat sink, and paper towel dispenser. The cookware is composed of six pots of different sizes, with their respective lids, three frying pans, an iron, coffee maker, electric percolator, set of kitchen knives, six pyrex of different sizes, kitchen table and various cooking utensils. The tableware consists of ten large flat plates, ten small flat plates, 14 soup cups, fifteen glasses for water or soda, fifteen cups for coffee, set of cutlery, serving spoons and varied glassware for spirits, such as wine, beer, whisky, cognac and tequila. We also offer you a small pantry with coffee, sugar, salt, oil and cooking condiments that will be very useful to you.  BEDROOMS:  On the second floor there are three bedrooms all with double beds, with their respective bedside tables, large closets. The master bedroom also has its own bathroom and TV screen. In addition to the bathroom in the main bedroom there is a second full bathroom. All bedrooms have a large window and balcony overlooking the mountains and agricultural fields. DINING ROOM: Round table of fine woods, with six chairs. Plus the breakfast room with four chairs. LIVING room and FIREPLACE: The living room is equipped with two large armchairs, one with three seats that turns into a double bed and one with two seats and a folding chair, ideal for reading around the fireplace. LAUNDRY room:  Laundry is equipped with automatic washing machine and clothes dryer. VISITOR BATHROOM. GARAGE: Sleeps two vehicles with an electric gate. In addition, there is parking for two more vehicles in front. LIBRARY: On the second floor there is a large living room, library with reading room, TV screen connected to internet, cable and Netflix. A large sofa bed. Board game area with a table with four chairs and an extensive collection of board games for group enjoyment. INTERNET: The house has an excellent 30 megas internet network, ideal for teleworking SECURITY: For your security the house has two security cameras, one located outside the garage and the other inside the garage. For any stay of three or more guests, the number of nights, the rate SI includes access to a single hot tub and steam bath session. For additional sessions, $45 must be canceled for each additional session. In all cases, the guest will define the time they will use this amenity. ENTRY CONDITIONS:  For your convenience we have an electronic key at the front door to the house.  Hours before your arrival, we will be indicating the respective entry code and a small video to facilitate the use of this system. Check-in time: from 4pm  Departure time: 11 am OCCUPANCY CONDITIONS: The number of people authorized to remain in the house, will be solely and strictly as indicated in the reservation. If for any reason additional people are included, you must indicate it in order to proceed with the respective additional payment.  The administration will be attentive to verify compliance with what is established herein. CONDITION OF INTERNET USE: Before entering the house we will be sending you the Internet access key, which you can use freely. For stays of two or more nights for one or two guests, the SI rate includes a Jacuzzi session and steam bath. For any stay of three or more guests, regardless of the number of nights, the SI rate includes access to a single session of jacuzzi and steam bath. For additional sessions, $45 must be canceled for each additional session. In all cases, the guest will define when they will use this amenity Guest access The guests of Casa ANADIA will have access to ALL the facilities available. Other things to note Casa ANADIA is located in an agricultural and livestock area of great scenic beauty. Zarcero is located 45 minutes from Juan Santamaria International Airport. If you want to visit other tourist places, an hour and thirty minutes away you can visit La Fortuna de San Carlos and its majestic Arenal volcano. Peaceful beaches like Puntarenas and Jaco can be reached in about an hour. The Poás volcano can also be visited in a short time. If it includes pets, you MUST indicate this on the reservation, as it generates an additional cost. We ask that you be careful with the things in the house. Respectful of everything you find in it. Do not use illicit drugs. Moderation in alcohol consumption. Show sensitivity in protecting the environment. In the laundry room we have arranged a container for recyclable or reusable material. Everything must be clean and dry before placing it in the container. Before leaving leave the kitchen tidy. The dishes and cooking utensils were washed and tidy. Used linens and cloths should be left in the laundry room. The garbage balls should be in the container arranged in the garden, so that when the pickup truck passes it takes them.
