SEASONAL RENTALS AVAILABLE! Inquire for special rates. The Base Lodge is a large 3 story home conveniently located at the base of Hunter Mountain on Main Street. Our home has panoramic views of the mountain range, a fully stocked chef's kitchen, large dining space, 6 bedrooms, and a 3rd floor bar/game room/lounge space with 2 Queen sleeper sofas, as well as, a large entry porch outfitted for everyone's ski equipment. It's been newly renovated to accommodate large groups comfortably. The space The Base Lodge is a 3 story house with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the first floor, one of which is an en suite with King bed, the other is a Queen. The second floor has 4 bedrooms with all Queen beds and 1 full bath with shower tub combo. Up the spiral staircase is the third floor game room and lounge area, which also offers 2 optional Queen pullout beds and a half bathroom. We also provide 2 travel cribs and high chairs for infants - located in the front room. Stair gates are also located on each floor. The house is right on Main St. and only a short walk to the entrance of Hunter Mountain, as well as walking distance to the best pizza, German cuisine, and fresh made bagels on the mountaintop! We offer window air-conditioners in every bedroom and 3rd floor space during the SUMMER months, as well as a commercial AC unit in the 1st floor living room. *3rd story sofa beds will automatically be set up for groups larger than 12. *Please note: • AC units are not installed until mid/late June. The mountains still have very cold nights, often requiring the heat to be used. Please open the windows and let the fresh breeze in to naturally keep the house comfortable. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom to help circulate cool air also. • Outdoor dining sets, hammock, and furniture are stored away December 1 - April 1. Guest access The entire home and property are set up specifically for guests. The home and all its outdoor space is 100% for guest enjoyment. The garage is a storage area and cannot fit any cars inside. Other things to note *SERVICE FEES FOR RESERVATIONS ARE SET BY, AND PAID TO, AIRBNB. We are also charged a fee as hosts.
