Other things to note *PING PONG TABLE OUT OF SERVICE* - Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. - No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have queries or need clarification before booking. - Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. - Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so. - No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations.
