In total, this beautiful Cape Cod house sleeps (10) comfortably or a maximum of (12). The first floor has two bedrooms and one renovated full bath: The 1st BR has a queen bed that sleeps 2. The 2nd BR has a bunk bed w/ twin over full and a twin trundle – sleeps 4 The 2nd floor has a full bed w/ trundle and a twin w/ a trundle as well as a renovated full bath. Sleeps 4. If you consider yourself a bedding snob or enjoy upscale bedding, you will be pleased to learn that each of our beds are furnished with top quality (500 to 1000 thread count) cotton sheets, down alternative comforters, and pillows. Each mattress is also protected with a SafeRest premium hypoallergenic cotton mattress protector against allergens, dust mites, bacteria, and perspiration. A new sofa furnishes the Living Room with a 65" Visio TV including Spectrum cable and high-speed internet. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials you will need to prepare most any meal to make you feel at home. Smoking /vaping is not allowed. This is a smoke free and pet free environment. No smokers inside or outside. If you arrive with an animal on premises, you will be kindly requested to depart immediately as we are a pet free environment. Loss of the $1000 deposit for smoking or pet on premises. Guest access Our home is located less than a mile outside Thayer Gate of the United States Military Academy at West Point - closer than most hotels in the area. A lock box will get you access to the key to the house. The code will be giving out 1 day prior to arrival Parking There is plenty of parking for this residence. Please only park on the driveway(black asphalt) or in front of the house. Please do not park anywhere else on the street or you might be towed. Other things to note Things to Do It's an easy commute to Hudson River line via Garrison/Peekskill, just off the PIP. This town offers history, culture, and sports along the majestic Hudson river.
