The space • Provided complementary: towels, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, portable pack n play, starter packs of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, body cream, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. • Kitchen has all essentials, pots, pans, cups, dishes, cutlery, toaster, blender, a variety of spices, cooking oil, sugar, k cups, and tea bags. • Smart TVs in all 3 bedrooms and in both common areas. * MAIN LIVING AREA * The main living area has floor to ceiling windows for a treehouse feel. Includes a gas fireplace, full size washer and dryer, a half bath, spacious kitchen with counter seating for 6 and large dining table. Seating area includes a smart tv and chess for your entertainment. Floor to dealing windows where you can bird watch and see wildlife roaming. * MAIN BEDROOM * The main bedroom is located on the top floor. It has a king bed and private en-suite bathroom with double sinks and spacious shower. Extra blankets are provided. Door leading to the top outdoor deck. * TOP OUTDOOR DECK * The top outdoor deck has a wood burning fireplace, seating area, outdoor dining table and Traeger electric grill. * DOWNSTAIRS LIVING AREA * The downstairs living room/playroom has a smart tv, seating area, wet bar, shuffle board, 2 arcades with multiple games and a variety of games, puzzles and books. * DOWNSTAIRS 2 BEDROOMS/ 2 BATHROOMS * Downstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king bed and the other has a queen over queen bunk bed. Both bedrooms have extra blankets. One of the bathrooms has a shower and the other has a tub/shower. Both bedrooms have doors leading to the bottom outdoor deck where the jacuzzi is. * DOWNSTAIRS OUTDOOR DECK * The downstairs outdoor deck has the jacuzzi, Adirondack chairs, cornhole game and stairs going down to the yard, Fightingtown creek and firepit. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except for the owners closets. Other things to note We welcome young families but please be aware that this house is not childproof. Parents and guests must supervise their children at all times, both indoors and outdoors, particularly around the creek, hot tub, fireplaces, fire pit, stairs, and on all levels of the house. Walkways, driveways, sidewalks, steps and stairs may be slippery due to rain, ice, or snow, even if they do not appear to be. Exercise caution when walking down to the creek, as the terrain is steep and there may be some heavy brush.
