There is app-operated laundry in the basement, and unreserved parking behind the building. WiFi is above 800 Mbps. The building has eight completely separate apartments. Six of them are ours, for corporate housing. The other two are permanent residents who are generally quiet and respectful. Each apartment is completely private with their own kitchens, bathrooms, etc. The basement has shared app-operated laundry. Plenty of dishes and linens for your needs. There is a starter set of coffee and tea, as well as some small meal and snack items in the cupboard. Inquire about monthly stays! Other things to note This apartment is ideally for traveling professionals. In accordance with our agreement with the management company, upon booking we will also ask you for your ID, your email address, and to sign a rental agreement. Must be able to climb stairs. This is a building of eight apartments. There are four (unassigned) parking spots in the back of the apartment. You’re welcome to park there, if there’s room. On-street parking is open and available too. There is app-operated laundry setup in the basement. This is a safe area of town, but it is in a capital city. That means that you may hear normal city noises, like homeless people, traffic, garbage trucks, a train, or aircraft. We do provide earplugs for this reason. The TV is a ROKU, which means you can stream Netflix, HBOMax, Hulu, etc, using your OWN accounts. Please do not have mail and packages delivered to this address. We advise that you set up a PO Box at the Post Office or the UPS Store instead.
