You can park two cars in the driveway, along with plenty of additional street parking. Other things to note We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to trip cancellations, interruptions, or inconveniences caused due to unforeseeable weather conditions; therefore, we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of weather events that would make roads impassable to vehicles or the property uninhabitable due to damages caused by natural disasters. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is not suitable for parties and large, loud gatherings. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. Please note: We do not provide ice or filtered water for drinking. We ask that you do not use the garage. We have security surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property. Any moving, removing, and/or tampering with the security cameras will result in a fee of $500. Only dogs are allowed in our pet friendly home. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or on other furniture and must be crated if left alone in the house. An additional fee will be charged to repair/replace any items that are damaged or cleaning complications that may arise due to the pets. No other pets are allowed unless previously agreed to by the host. Each dog, up to 3 dogs, will be $100 each. COVID Cleaning: Our home is professionally cleaned. All doorknobs, light switches, drawer pulls, remote controls, faucet handles etc. are sanitized. Where possible, we allot a 24-hour buffer between guests. NOTE: Please be aware that while we ensure that all furniture is well-maintained, it's important to use it responsibly and carefully to prevent any accidents. We advise you to take a moment upon arrival to familiarize yourself with the space and use all items as intended. Please note that as per our house rules and VRBO's policy, the host is not responsible for any injuries incurred at the property.
