The space On the main floor: spacious living room, family room, dining room and foyer; a beautiful functional and modern kitchen with granite counter tops, bar stools, cooker, dishwasher and double door refrigerator; a power room, bedroom with bath; large outdoor space with a pool, barbeque and pool table right outside the living and dining room which makes it great for entertaining; a wet bar which serves guests both inside and outside; wine cooler; a laundry room with washer and dryer; a 2 car garage and parking for 5 additional vehicles. On the top floor: Master bedroom with bath and walk-in his and her closets, jacuzzi, shower and balcony overlooking the pool, 4 other spacious bedrooms and 2 other baths. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Guest access All spaces of the villa are available to our guests. However the villa has 6 bedrooms. The cost structure of the villa aims to accommodate guests based on the total number of people staying. If only 2 guests staying, we will provide 1 to 2 bedrooms, 4 guests, 2-4 bedrooms based on whether they are a couple or single. However, please note that all other spaces in the villa will be private and for use by all the guests. If additional guests join the party later on, there will be a charge of $80 for each additional guest. Other things to note Please note that we will provide the number of rooms required based on the number of people on the booking reservation. So for example, if only 2 bedrooms are required, the other bedrooms will be closed off once our guests have selected the bedrooms they like. Also note, that other spaces of the villa will be private and available for our guests to use.
