A round dining table for 4 people completes the kitchen. ♦ BATHROOM The bathroom is equipped with a large shower stall, sink, and toilet. There is also a washing machine with detergents and a cabinet on which guests can store their personal belongings. NIGHT AREA ♦ TRIPLE BEDROOM The bedroom consists of a comfortable Queen Size bed and a single bed, also very comfy and new like the rest of the house. There are also two nightstands with abat-jour, a large closet and air conditioning. There is also a folding crib for babies in the room. EXTERIOR From the living room there is access to the small balcony with a view of the sea, in which guests can relax and enjoy the sunset. Guest access The whole house will be at your disposal. The apartment is located in a newly constructed building on the fourth floor with an elevator. Parking is free and can be easily found in the immediate proximity of the dwelling.
