Guest access The property is gated and there is plenty of parking on the property, though our permit limits us to a maximum of 3 vehicles. Pool house on property is unoccupied and never rented separately but can be rented for an additional fee. Pool house does not have air conditioning or heating but can be heated by space heaters and the fire place.
