The space Casa Virajo offers a relaxing retreat with two bedrooms and one and a half baths, ensuring comfort and convenience during your stay. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty that surrounds you, from the lush trees to the vibrant garden sitting area. The property boasts a refreshing plunge pool, an outdoor shower to wash off after an ocean dip, a BBQ grill for culinary adventures, and a back patio where you can unwind. The outside table is perfect for al fresco dining, allowing you to savor every moment of your beach escape. Breathtaking Sunsets: Prepare for a visual feast every evening as you enjoy the best sunsets from the front of Casa Virajo. If you're lucky... dolphins have been known to swim by on occasion. Your Own Piece of Paradise: Casa Virajo is more than a home; it's your private haven in Playa El Coco. Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both, this relaxing retreat has everything you need. Other things to note -Please note that air conditioning is available in the bedrooms but not in the common areas. We do however get a nice cross breeze through the windows for these rooms. -The home inside offers one full bathroom with a shower. Outside in the bodega, there is another half bathroom with a toilet and wash area. -Our caretaker Mario lives on the property with his family and their very friendly dog. He is there to assist you with checking in and out and to assist if you need anything. -Because the area is surrounded by beach and nature, it's normal to see animals on the beach such as cows or horses, chickens in the yard from time to time, and of course, the occasional insect. If you are at all uncomfortable around animals and a nature setting, although we would love to host you, this might not be the place for you. -Smoking or events/parties are not allowed. -Use of space is restricted to the home and common areas. There are other buildings on the property that are not for guest use.
