Dharma Home Suites at Novia offers fully furnished apartments to fit the needs of our guests visiting the New York Metro Area and is conveniently located in the vibrant community of Hoboken. The space Dharma Home Suites Hoboken at Novia one bedroom apartments offer finished hardwood floors and fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, you name it. The large windows allow for natural light and our newest addition to each room is the high tech temperature control Nest system used to heat and cool the rooms. Guest access It’s quite obvious that Novia was built with the intention to please. For those who are fitness fanatics, there is an on-site Real Hot Yoga studio. There is a rooftop terrace on the 7th floor that offers spectacular views of Hoboken. Arriving later than planned? Don’t fret, there’s a 24-hour check-in available for your convenience. Other things to note NOTICE: The rooftop is not part of the apartment. It's an area accessible by all Dharma guests staying in the building. PLEASE NOTE: The property surroundings, both north and west of our property, have recently started city-approved architectural and engineering construction work, therefore, we expect varying degrees of noise and/or vibration in our building as a consequence of this major development. This will last several months, but we assure you it will not have an effect on the quality of our service as your host and the quality of the apartment you will be staying on. Non-smoking policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the suites or in the building’s premises. Breaking Dharma’s non-smoking policy would result in a $500 fine.
