Accessibility is important, and you'll be just a short drive from the city that never sleeps, MetLife Stadium NJ, Prudential Center of Newark, NJ or American Dream Mall NJ. -If you want to see a beautiful view of New York and NYC skylight? you can go on 70th street and JFK Boulevard East (5 minutes walk from our place) and enjoy the magical and enchanting view. -Where to buy food? Target, Walmart and Aldi (North Bergen- Tonnelle Avenue) Minimarkets on Bergenline Avenue) -Where to Eat? So many restaurants on Bergenline Avenue...Hispanic food, Chinese food, Peruvian food and Italian mainly. My favorite ones are La Kausa (7815 Bergenline Avenue), Las Chicas Bakery (7553 Bergenline Avenue), Trattoria La Sorrentina (7831 Bergenline Avenue) -where to enjoy and exercise outdoors? Park 80 (7835 Bergenline Avenue). It´s a huge, nice park. It has a beautiful lake. Where to do Laundry nearby? SuperWash Laundromat & Dry Cleaning (6722 John F Kennedy Blvd). Opening 24 hours. ★ IF YOU HAVE A CAR ★ You can park on the street during the day and at night you need a residential parking permit from 9pm to 6am, $10 per day at vending machines are located in North Bergen public library (8411 Bergenline Ave North Bergen, NJ 07047). Once purchased, please put the parking permit on the dashboard where it is visible from the outside. Don’t put the parking permit on the windshield wiper or anywhere outside the car. Please remember to check street cleaning rules and don’t park in driveways or handicap spots. To go to Manhattan NYC, $18 toll, free coming back (entering New Jersey). You can decide to go to Manhattan by car, but parking is kind of difficult especially Midtown (very expensive), if you go Uptown, it's more doable. ★ BUS STOP★ Bus 156 & 159 located at 72th street and Bergenline avenue. (5-minutes walk from apartment to the bus stop that takes you to Manhattan) The bus ride is 30 minutes to Manhattan, the bus drops you off at the Port Authority where you can take subway to get around Manhattan if you prefer. Pay in the bus: $3.50 cash or buy 10 discounts tickets at port Authority for $29.95 (go to one vending machine, press 10 discount tickets, zone 2 and bus 154) To come late from Manhattan NYC, take the 159, it runs late at 1,3 and 5 am. HOUSE RULES 1. Check-in and Check-out Times: o Check-in: From 3:00 PM o Check-out: Before 11:00 AM o Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee of $50.00 USD. 2. Cleaning Policy: o Please keep the space clean and tidy. o No trash or dirty dishes should be left at check-out. o If an accident occurs (liquid spills, stains), notify us immediately so we can address it promptly. If the stain cannot be removed, the guest must pay for the damaged item. 3. No Parties or Events: o The number of guests must match the reservation details. o Violating this rule may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund and an additional fine of $400.00 USD. 4. Noise Policy: o Noise levels should be kept low, especially between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. o No loud noises or disruptive behavior that disturbs the neighbors are allowed. 5. No Smoking: o Smoking is prohibited inside the property. This includes cigarettes, vaporizers, and other devices. o A $400 USD additional cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside the property. 6. No drugs or weapons allowed: Our community has zero tolerance for DRUGS or WEAPONS, and they will be reported to city hall immediately. Smoking marijuana is STRICTLY PROHIBITED (inside or outside, anywhere on the property). If our neighbors or staff report the smell of marijuana, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and you will be asked to leave the unit immediately, as it is not allowed in our rental. 7. Use of Appliances and Facilities: o Use appliances responsibly. If you notice any issues or malfunctions, please inform us immediately. o Moving furniture is not allowed without authorization. 8. Pets: o An additional fee of $100.00 USD will be charged for undeclared pets. If the pet causes any damage, the total cost of the damage will be charged. 9. Security Policy: o Ensure all doors and windows are closed when leaving the accommodation. o Unauthorized guests not included in the reservation are not allowed without prior approval. o Outside cameras are placed for security of the Guest. (one camera is placed on the yard) 10. Liability for Damages: o Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Please report any accidental damage immediately. The total cost of the damage will be charged. 11. Cancellation and Refund Policy: o Follow the cancellation policy specified in the reservation. o No refunds will be given for early check-outs, weather conditions, or other situations beyond our control. 12. Occupancy Policy: o The number of guests must not exceed the number agreed upon in the reservation. o Any unauthorized additional guests may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund. 13. Community Rules and Respect for the Neighborhood: o This is a quiet neighborhood, and we ask that guests be respectful of the neighbors at all times. o The use of common or shared areas for loud or disruptive activities is not allowed.
