Varco28 is a summer house located in the marine reservation Plemmirio, right in front of the homonymous sea access point. Plemmirio is home to numerous protected species and is the ideal place not only for snorkeling lovers, but also for whoever wishes to dive into Sicily's cleanest and most beautiful sea, which can be reached very easily through the path right in front of the house. Varco28 is an ideal haven if you wish to spend a relaxing holiday immersed in peace and tranquility. The space Varco28 is a 55-square-meter house which has been just renovated both outside and inside, including furniture. The house develops on two floors. On the ground floor, the living room and kitchen comprise all accessories and appliances including dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. On the same floor there's also an outside bathroom with a toilet and a sink. On the first floor there is one master bedroom with its own balcony; a second bedroom with two single beds; and a bathroom which also has a washing machine. The spacious porch lends itself to enjoying relaxing and peaceful moments in all comfort. Varco28 also offers several more appliances such as: brand new air conditioning, mosquito nets, ultra-fast connection with 1GB WI-FI fiber, hairdryer, a small safe, a barbecue, and two parking spaces in the property. Bedding and toiletries are provided as well. We kindly remind our guests that animals are not allowed and that smoking indoors is forbidden. The local sojourn tax will be paid in cash and collected in person at the house. Other things to note Two cameras were installed on the outdoor areas of the house for the guests' and the structure's safety. Pet not allowed.
