Other things to note 1. **Door Access:** Your access code will work at check-in. 2. **No Smoking:** Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking only in designated outdoor areas and proper disposal of garbage in provided receptacles. A $600 fine will apply if violated. 3. **BBQ Use:** If you use the BBQ, please clean it afterward. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for leaving it dirty. 4. **Check-in/Check-out:** Early check-in or late checkout available for an extra $100 each. 5. **Damages to Linens:** Any damages or stains to sheets/linens will incur an additional charge. 6. **House Malfunctions:** Don’t try fixing house issues yourself. Contact us, and our team will handle repairs. 7. **Lost Items:** We're not responsible for lost items inside or outside the house. 8. **Lindy's Lake Beach** Our homeowner's association does NOT allow guests to use the Lindy's Lake beach area. This is a violation of our STR permit.
