The space The compound consists of 4 houses/ cottages on Lake Monomonac. Every Cottage has its own dock and yard. The Sauna is another building on the lake that is shared among guests. The kayaks and canoe along with life jackets can be found at the private beach/ boat launch area and are shared among all the guests on a first come first serve basis. There is a playground across the street from the property that has tennis, basketball courts, baseball and soccer field. There are tennis rackets, basketball, baseball and soccer balls etc. available to guests. Guest access Each Cottage has its own yard and dock.
