Across the street is the 580 acres of Mid Mich College with miles of hiking & great single track Mountain Biking Trails & new disc golf course All a 2 minute drive away Lots of fishing & beaches nearby Enjoy dining & shopping in nearby Clare (15 minutes) or Harrison The space Lucky Bear Lodge is Secluded from neighbors quiet and cozy 🌳 Surrounded by lots of activities to enjoy lakes abound the area with public beaches and great fishing hiking and phenomenal mountain biking trails across the street 20 plus miles of trails Disc golf across the street and lots of golf courses in the area ATV or dirt bikers with love the 90 miles of the Leota Trail system only 15 minutes north Warmly appointed has a cozy cabin feel and is set up for 4 guests total 2 cozy bedrooms (both queens) a small kitchen and dining area with a possible workspace counter... Living area with a large 12 x 20 lit deck to enjoy the outside Bathroom with stall shower sink and toilet Cozy and quaint with a cabin feel is the vibe nothing fancy just a relaxing place to enjoy Guest access The entire space and yard too Other things to note No parties no events registered guests only on property limit four No smoking inside We allow pets please clean up yard after your dog (poop bags provided) Please no pets on our furniture or in beds (its no fun to spend hours cleaning pet hair off of bedding or furniture) NOTE as per description in bedrooms the bed in the master bedroom is higher than normal about 30 inches (see bedroom photos) Please treat our cabin with respect and we will be AOK... if you break or damage something please let us know so we can work it out in a fair way... Bonfires are AOK in the dedicated firepit only but please search to see if there is a local fire ban which happens a lot in mid summer... you must never leave fires unattended and please be responsible with the size of your fire... you are responsible if you start a forest fire!! !!!Absolutely no hunting or shooting I hunt this land please respect that and just don't!!! (noise monitors on property we will know if your shooting and ask you to leave immediately)
