The bathroom upstairs offers a locker room feel, adding to the immersive experience. Gather in the living room and dining area, designed with a sports bar ambiance, complete with three TVs for catching the latest games and highlights. The kitchen is fully equipped for game-day snacks and meals, featuring a tabletop gas stove, microwave oven, air fryer, popcorn machine, hotdog machine, and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy complimentary chips and a welcome basket upon arrival. Please note, there is no traditional oven and we only have a microwave oven. The basement offers additional entertainment with a foosball table, and washer-dryer facilities for convenience. Outside, shoot some hoops with the 10-foot basketball hoop. Other things to note ★House Rules★ During your stay at the Cleveland’s Sports House, please follow the house rules: • Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • Please do not move or rearranging furniture. • Only registered guests are allowed on the property. • No parties or events allowed. • No pets are allowed on the property. • No illegal drugs in the home or anywhere on the property. • Smoking, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the property. • Check-out is at 10 AM; late check-outs are subject to availability, with additional fees applicable. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a $500 fee and/or eviction from the property. ★Important Note★ After booking, we require all guests to fill out a check-in form and submit a form of ID. Rest assured, your information is not used for any other purpose and is securely saved in our software. This requirement is in place for the following reasons: 1.
