The code will be sent in a private message as it is changed after each guest departure. Other things to note We have a few rules in place that we appreciate that you follow: ✔ Maximum capacity of 4 guests ✔ No pets permitted ✔ No smoking or vaping ✔ No events or parties *** WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY *** In the North East we could experience snow at any time from November to March or none at all. We don't want to shut the Boat House down but the access road is NOT plowable. If you choose to book this property from November 1st - March 31st and snow is expected, we will honor refunds up to the arrival day if you choose to cancel. If you choose NOT to cancel and inclement weather is expected, no refunds will be issued after your arrival and you do so at your own risk. We can not plow the access road but you are within walking distance to town.
