Take a float in the 90 degree indoor pool, book a massage or Watsu with your host, and your stay becomes both memorable and therapeutic. While visiting you'll sleep well on new mattresses with luxurious linens. The large, newly-renovated kitchen is well stocked. Enjoy a short walk to the Kennebec River to see eagles fly. The super insulated and eco-friendly, 2-story building sports an indoor, heated therapy pool available by appointment. The pool is heated to 90-degrees with a high-efficiency propane boiler, solar panels and a cover. Let us know when you want to get in the pool between 8 am and 8 pm and we will open it for you! A high-tech LifeBreath heat and air exchange system keeps the pool room warm and the air is always sweet and clean. A full bath with a handicapped shower is available pre and post swim. There are two entries into Wild Grace: a handicapped ramp to the back door if anyone in your party requires accessibility; and a keyed entry through the side door into the kitchen. A lock box on the railing holds the key and the code will be provided at check in. A full bath with walk-in shower is located off the kitchen on the first floor. The gourmet kitchen boats all new stainless, french-door LG refridgerator, LG electric glass cook-top and oven and butcher block A spiral staircase leads to the second floor where a spacious master suite awaits. You will enjoy a new, 12" memory foam King-sized mattress with linen headboard, antique side tables, dressers and a free-standing closet. The ensuite living room features an L-shaped leather sofa and a new 50-inch SmartTV. The second bedroom features an antique Bird's Eye Maple, hand-made, 4-poster double bed and a 6-foot glass slider to a private deck. A half bath is located between the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, room darkening window curtains, AC and free wi-fi. Outside you will find your a private propane grill, outdoor dining table and 4 chairs under a Wisteria arbor. The 6 person Sundance Spa is available for your use any time between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Please don't hesitate to ask for assistance with removing the spa cover, or for anything else you need. Finally, please contact your host to schedule a relaxing and theraputic massage or aquatic bodywork session in the pool. Your host has over 30 years' experience in providing physical therapy, massage, Myofascial Release and Watsu. Guest access You have access to two floors of spacious and clean living areas, two bedrooms, an en-suite living room in the master bedroom, a half-bath between the second floor bedrooms and a full kitchen with dining table and full bath are located on the first floor. Access to the locked pool room, massage room and handicapped entry are by appointment and arrangement with the hosts, who live next door. Wild Grace Spa has its' own driveway and parking area for two cars. There is also room for bikes, kayaks and canoes. Other things to note We are a non-smoking facility both inside and outside. If we see or smell cigarette, pipe, cigar smoke or vaping or marijuana, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee and will receive a poor review for not respecting our health and our rules.
