Located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Davis Oaks Carriage House Sits upon a private family Christmas Tree Farm. Close proximity to so Many wonderful attractions, natural and man-made, the home boasts a sure to please experience for all. The space Guests will have the entire Carriage House to themselves with no shared space other than the driveway. We only ask that you not park under neighboring carport as well as not block the road into the tree field. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home other than three garage bays located underneath which are not in use so you will not have to worry about disturbances. Other things to note We are a strict, pet free home. We Strongly encourage that you respect that for future guests who may have physical allergies. If an animal has been suspected to have entered/sheltered in the home, a $275+ fee will be added to your booking to cover proper cleaning measures. Service animals cannot be discriminated against. Proper paper work will be required to reduce or waive fee. Notice of a service animal should be stated up front when booking. We appreciate your understanding in the matter.
