The space The house features 1 bedroom and includes 1 king bed, located on the main floor of the home. The living & dining room features a front row seat to Cayuga Lake! From the main living area, you can access the deck which will bring you right down to the waterfront. Right off the water is a screened in patio & dining area for you to enjoy meals & games with your group. This lake house is equipped with AC & heat, and is prime to enjoy year-round. The bathroom features a tub shower & is filled with any toiletries & amenities you may need during your stay. The kitchen is also fully stocked to cook delicious meals. Enjoy a cup of coffee from our fully stocked coffee bar each morning. Snack on some popcorn from our popcorn maker for a movie night or sitting around the campfire! We provide 2-single person kayaks for your use. Enter the water via the built in stairway for easy access or feel free to cast a fishing pole off our dock. A firepit is located on the waters edge for you to enjoy nightly campfires. We provide the first bundle of firewood for you! We have adequate parking for up to 5 vehicles. New floors, fresh paint, trim, furniture & decor throughout the home (April '23). *Please note this listing is for groups up to 2 people, and gives you access to the main floor of the home. The second floor of the home will not be accessible during your stay. We kindly ask guests to not go upstairs. If you would like access to the full home with more beds, please send us a message & we can assist you with that booking! Guest access Guests will have access to the main floor of the home which includes the kitchen, master bedroom, dining space, living room and outdoors. Please note there is a second floor to the house which contains additional bedrooms, but are not accessible with this listing. We kindly ask guests to not go upstairs during their stay. If you are interested in booking the larger home with additional bedrooms, please message us and we can assist you with that booking! Other things to note Please note that there is the occasional possibility that swimming will be restricted due to the presence of algae in the lake. We will do our best to monitor the status of the lake water and notify guests of any changes. We have the property professionally treated for insects & pests, but please note that small bugs like gnats may still make an appearance. If you are interested in using a boat, jet ski or other watercraft during your stay, please speak to the hosts for permission, as there is no boat slip at this time. The lakeshore is rocky, and turns to sand as you enter the water- lake shoes are recommended. During spring & summer months, lawn service occurs on Thursdays, and garbage is collected on Mondays.
