Other things to note Guests must climb stairs in the apartment to reach the upper level. Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - All guests must provide a government ID before arrival. Failure to do so will prevent access to the property. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after the stay. - Pets are not allowed. - In addition to the above, please ensure strict compliance with the complex's internal rules, as any violation may result in cancellation without refund. - In case you leave the AC on after your checkout, there is a fine of $25 USD.
